• the kind of business you run and the city you're in;
• what you need help with, and any message you add.

You choose what goes in the message. Please don't send passwords or other sensitive details through the form; we'll ask for what we need when we talk.

If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can help.

If you tick the news and updates box in the enquiry form, we keep your email address so we can send them to you.

To call you back and arrange a meeting. Every bespoke package starts with a face-to-face meeting, so the form is only a way in: it tells us enough to make the first call a useful one.

If you become a client, we use your contact details to look after your office and your account.

If you tick the news and updates box, we use your email address to send you news and updates from DFW TeleTech. Every email has a link to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to take you off the list at any time.

Our own team. The form is delivered to us through the platform that hosts this website.

We don't sell your details, rent them, or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

We keep your details while we're talking with you about your office, and for as long as you're a client. If we don't end up working together, ask us and we'll delete them.

We don't use the details you send through the form for advertising. The website may use a small number of cookies to work properly. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we'll list them here first.

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. We'll confirm when it's done.
