Business network setup and support

From the firewall to the last desk, your network is configured correctly from the start, then supported 24/7 as part of your managed IT, not left to drift until something breaks.

  1. Firewall

Sits between your office and the internet, set up for how your office works, then looked after.

  2. Switches

Every desk, phone and printer connected the way it should be, and documented.

  3. Access points

Placed from your floor plan, so the whole office has Wi‑Fi, not just the front.

Business Wi‑Fi installation

One router in the corner gives you a strong signal by the front desk and not much anywhere else. We place access points from your floor plan, each cabled back to the rack, so coverage reaches every desk, meeting room and corner.

Strong by the front desk, then the signal fades through every wall. The far side of the office gets little or nothing.

Network support and point‑to‑point links

Taking over your existing network

You keep the firewall, switches and access points you already have. We document the network as it stands, fix anything that needs immediate attention, and only recommend new hardware later, when it will make a real difference to your office.

One team for the whole network

The people who configure your network also run your help desk, pull your cabling and set up your phones, so nothing falls between two companies.

Point‑to‑point links between buildings

More than one building? We link them with a point‑to‑point connection, so both sites share one network and one team supports it.

Bespoke packages for your network

No off‑the‑shelf tiers. We meet you face to face, look at the network you already have and how your office works, then build one package around it, from one team, competitively priced.

  1. We meet youA face‑to‑face conversation about how your business runs and where you want to grow.
  2. We look at your setupYour network closets and server room, your carriers and the software your team relies on.
  3. We build your packageOnly what you need, in one proposal from one team.

Questions about Wi‑Fi and networking

Something else? Call us at 855-398-3988.

Why is our Wi‑Fi weak in some rooms?

Often because one router in a corner is trying to cover the whole office, and the signal fades with every wall it passes through. We place access points from your floor plan, each cabled back to the rack, so the signal overlaps from room to room instead of fading out.

Do we have to replace our firewall and switches first?

No. Many IT providers ask new clients to replace their computers, switches, firewall and server before they will take them on. We take over the network you already have, document it, address anything that needs immediate attention, and recommend upgrades over time only when they make sense.

Do you run the cabling for the access points too?

Yes. Every access point is cabled back to a properly built rack by our own structured cabling team, labeled and tested, so the Wi‑Fi and the wired network are installed and supported by one team.

Is network support part of managed IT?

Yes. Making sure your network is configured correctly and stays that way is part of our managed IT, along with 24/7 support, the help desk, maintenance, updates and antivirus, and compliance for your industry.

Can you connect two buildings to one network?

Yes. We install point‑to‑point links between buildings, so both sites share one network, supported by the same team that looks after the rest of your IT.

Which areas do you cover?

Our technicians work across Dallas‑Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and San Antonio, as one team across Texas, from our office in Fort Worth.
